Housing grants

Clare County Council hereby give notice that no further applications are being accepted under the following housing grant schemes as of Friday, 10th February 2012:

• Housing Aid for Older People
• Housing Adaptation Grants for People with a Disability     
• Mobility Aids Grant Scheme

This is to facilitate the processing of the large number of applications already on hand and the decision to close the application process is in the context of the reduced level of available funding. This new arrangement will remain in place during 2012 and will be reviewed at the beginning of 2013. All applications that were received before Friday, 10th February 2012 will be processed in the normal manner.
