What is Estate Management?
Estate Management was set up to help improve the social and physical environment in Council Estates.
How does Estate Management Work?
Residents groups are encourages to participate and be pro-active in the management of their own estate. Estate Management works directly with Residents Associations, facilitate meetings, provide information, invite consultation and devise work programmes.
How can I set up a Residents Association?
You can contact the Estates Manager who will assist in setting up your committee.
Is Estate Management involved in all Estates?
No. Estate Management deals only with Council Estates.
How do I organise a Clean Up for my Estate?
If you live in a Council Estate clean ups can be organises by contacting your Estate Management Officer who may be able to assist you with materials and equipment in conjunction with the Litter Warden.
