Social leasing
Ennis Town Council invites expressions of interest from property owners for the provision of residential properties under the long term leasing initiative.
Under the initiative the council will:
- Lease properties for up to 20 year periods
- Manage tenants and maintain properties for the lease term
- Guarantee rent for the period of the lease
Properties will be considered if they are:
- Of good quality and comply with all planning and building regulations
- Are in areas where the local authority has a need for housing
