  1. Adoption of the Minutes of the November Monthly Meeting of Ennis Town Council held on Monday, 3rd November 2008 at 3.30 p.m. 
  2. Disposal of 12 voluntary housing units at Westbourne Court, Ennis to St. Vincent de Paul Society pursuant to Section 183 of the Local Government Act 2001
  3. Overdraft Accommodation for the period 1st January 2009 to 30th June 2009
  4. Draft Traveller Accommodation Programme 2009-2012
  5. Fix date for the January 2009 Monthly Meeting
  6. Consideration of the Quarterly Progress Report
  7. Notice of Motion submitted by Cllr. J. Flynn:
    • "Report to be prepared to address pedestrian and traffic hazards at Corrovorrin to Tulla road Junction by construction of roundabout or other solution and likely construction/completion date of same".
  8. Notice of Motion submitted by Cllr. J. Flynn:
    • "In light of €1m. unused collected parking levies that Ennis Town Council urgently provide up to 300 car parking spaces at Abbey Street, Parnell Street and Templegate car parks using a modular single deck parking system (A system recommended by Ennis Town Council’s Parking Consultants in recent special report on car parking in Ennis".
  9. Correspondence
    • Letter received from Clones Town Council in relation to a Notice of Motion adopted by that Council regarding:
    • The Irish Lobby for Immigration Reform in the U.S.,
    • "Habitual Residency Conditions" for Irish citizens returning from the USA and other countries.
    • Acknowledgement received from the Office of the Minister for Health and Children.
    • Letter received from Killarney Town Council in relation to a Notice of Motion adopted by that Council regarding the Leader Programme.
    • Letter received from Kilrush Town Council in relation to a Notice of Motion adopted by that Council regarding the collection and distribution of road tax.
    • Letter received from the Franciscan Friary and Poor Clare Monastery seeking a contribution towards their heating fund.
    • Request for financial assistance received from Donagh Wylde, Enniscorthy Choral Society towards the cost of staging a concert in Ennis. 
    • Letter received from Kilrush Town Council in relation to a Notice of Motion adopted by that Council regarding the Home Improvement Grant Scheme.
