- Letter of thanks received from the Irish Pipe Band Association in relation to the Council’s contribution of €7,500 towards the cost of hosting the All Ireland Pipe Band Championships.
- Letter received from Shannon Town Council in relation to a Notice of Motion adopted by that Council at its February Meeting regarding the treatment of cystic fibrosis patients.
- Letter of thanks received from Irish Community Care Manchester in relation to the Council’s contribution of €1,500 to that organisation.
