1. Adoption of the Minutes
   • Adoption of the December Monthly Meeting held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, 4^th December 2006. 
   • Adoption of the Minutes of the Annual Budget Meeting of Ennis Town Council held at 7:00 p.m. 13^th December 2006.
   • Adoption of the Minutes of the Municipal Policy Committee Meeting held on 5^th September 2006.
2. To formulate a policy on Presentation of Waste for Collection and to note the revision of the relevant byelaws.
3. Proposed Boundary Extension update.
4. Application of the National Association of Travellers Centres for a grant under the Community & Arts Grant Scheme 2006.
5. Notice of Motion submitted by Cllr. D. O'Bearra:
   • "Will the Manager provide a written report regarding the plans to build a library in part of the Post Office field setting out the reasons why the current site of the library cannot be redeveloped".
6. Correspondence.
   • Letter received from Letterkenny Town Council in relation to a Notice of Motion adopted by that Council in relation to the engaging of outside Contractors to carry out work on behalf of the Council.
   • Letter received from Dick Roche, T.D., Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government in relation to the Notice of Motion adopted by Ennis Town Council regarding the installation of solar or photovoltaic panels on existing and/or new roofs.
   • Letter received from Bishop William Walsh in response to the Council's letter of 5^th December 2006 in relation to the upgrading of the CYMS Hall and the Scout Hall.
7. Conferences and Seminars.
   • "Food for Thought" - Third Antrim Tourism Conference organised by Clare Tourist Council and Antrim Borough Council and being held in the Dunadry Hotel & Country Club, Muckamore on 2^nd and 3^rd February 2007.
   • "Implementing the NDP 2007 – 2013 – The Role of the Regions" – 13^th Annual Conference being organised by the Mid West Regional Authority and taking place at the Woodlands House Hotel, Adare, Co. Limerick on 15^th and 16^th February 2007.
   • "The Local Government Planning Service" – A Training Seminar for Councillors being organised by Kadenza Consultancies and taking place at the Clonea Strand Hotel, Clonea, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford on 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd February 2007.
