I request that Ennis Town Council consider the siting, funding and commissioning of a statue of Michael Collins in Ennis Town.

That Ennis Town Council compile a list of locations on footpaths around Ennis where repairs and in some cases rebuilding are necessary, identification of who is responsible for the work and a date for its completion.

- "Promoting Partnership in Tourism", the Clare Tourism Conference, being organised by Clare Tourist Council in conjunction with Clare County Council and taking place at The Falls Hotel, Ennistymon, on the 27th and 28th November 2009.
- "Effective Local Government Policy Making in the Current Recession" training seminar organised by Superior Training and taking place at he West Cork Hotel, Skibbereen on Friday the 10th to Sunday the 12th July 2009.
