Minutes of the July Monthly Meeting of Ennis Town Council held at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, 6th July 2009 in the Council Chamber, Waterpark House, Drumbiggle, Ennis, Co. Clare.

The Register of Orders by the Director of Service, Town Clerk and Town Engineer and the Planning Register were on the meeting table.
On the proposal of Deputy Mayor M. Guilfoyle and seconded by Cllr T. Brennan it was agreed that the July Monthly Meeting would be adjourned as a mark of respect to the late P.J. Neylon.
All members expressed their sympathy to the Mayor and the Neylon family.
It was agreed that the adjourned July Monthly Meeting would take place on Thursday, July 9th at 4:00 p.m.
The meeting then concluded following a minute's silence in memory of the late P.J. Neylon.
