Extinguisment of public right of way

Notice is hereby given that Ennis Town Council, in pursuance of Section 73(2) of the Roads Act, 1993, has extinguished the public right of way described in the Schedule hereunder. This extinguishment will take effect on 31st July 2010.
Schedule
The public right of way for a distance of approximately 1.95 metres (width 1.8 metres average) over steps between Mountain View and Highfield Park, Ennis.
