Proposed Draft Casual Trading Bye-Laws

Notice is hereby given that, under Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act, 1995, Ennis Town Council proposes to make Bye-Laws for Casual Trading.
A copy of the proposed Draft Bye-Laws may be inspected at the offices of Ennis Town Council, Waterpark House, Drumbiggle, Ennis, Co. Clare between the hours of 9.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday,or maybe downloades below from 25th May, 2010 to 25th June, 2010.

Ennis Town Council will consider any submissions in relation to the proposed Bye-Laws which are submitted in writing to the Town Clerk, Ennis Town Council, Waterpark House, Drumbiggle, Ennis, Co. Clare by any person before 4pm on Friday 9th July, 2010.
Any person who is aggrieved by these proposed Bye-Laws may, within 21 days of the date of Ennis Town Council complying with Section 6 of the Casual Trading Act, 1995, appeal to the District Court against the proposed Bye-Laws and that Court may, on the hearing of the appeal, prohibit the proposed bye-laws or authorise them subject to such conditions (if any) as it may deem appropriate and specify.
A party concerned may appeal to the Circuit Court from a decision of the District Court.
