Revised Development Charges 2012

Ennis Town Council hereby gives notice that development contributions payable in respect of planning permissions will increase with effect from 1st January, 2012. Development Contributions payable will increase by a rate of 2.2 % in accordance with the Wholesale Price Index - Building and Construction published by the Central Statistics Office. The revised contributions will apply to all payments made after the 1st January 2012.
A copy of the revised Schedule of Development Contributions is available for inspection at the offices of the Planning Department, Waterpark House, Drumbiggle, Ennis, Co. Clare.
