Traffic Calming Gort Road Industrial Estate

Notice is hereby given that Ennis Town Council, pursuant to Section 38 of the Road Traffic Act 1994, propose to install the following traffic calming measures at the junction of L-4612-3 and L-4612-0 and L-4613-0 in the Gort Road Industrial Estate, Gort Road, Ennis.
The scheme provides for the provision of 3 no. sets of traffic calming speed cushions as indicated on Drawing No. R2011-03. The scheme also provides for the provision of appropriate road signage and road marking.
Plans and particulars of the scheme, as shown on Drawing No. R2011-03, are available for inspection from Friday 13th January 2012 at the offices of Ennis Town Council, Waterpark House, Drumbiggle Road, Ennis during office hours (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, each week).
Objections or representations in relation to the proposal may be made in writing to the Town Clerk, Ennis Town Council, Waterpark House, Drumbiggle, Ennis, before 4:00 p.m. on Friday 17th February 2012.
