Household waste collection
Clare County Council no longer provides a waste collection service. Householders should contact a permitted waste collector to organise the collection of their waste.
In order to collect and/or transport waste the collector/transporter must hold a valid waste collection permit, otherwise the collector and the householder/business proprietor using the collector to dispose of their waste will be liable to prosecution under the Waste Management Act, 1996, as amended.
